1. you can't construct a triangle with side length 0, such a shape would simply be a line segment, not a triangle
2. the side in the picture labelled 0 clearly has non-zero length (see pic related for my counterexample disproving the Pythagorean theorem and overturning centuries of mathematics)
3. I've no idea what it means to construct a triangle with side length i, but it's length is clearly not i in the picture.
