/sci/ isn't some super secret club of geniuses that brainlets or "muh pol" keep infiltrating and ruining. It's literally a fucking 4chan board. There's inherently going to be some retardation.

Captcha still filters out a lot of bots, especially on faster boards. Do you really think it's a good idea to replace a system that requires image recognition AI to bypass with something a freshman CS student could crack in an afternoon on a board where the vast majority of posters have programming experience?

It's only (9 choose 3) possibilities, you can just spam solutions through rotating proxies until one works. Also a Russian guy already got image recognition working and sells solutions to everyone for 1/10 of a cent, which is low enough that most people wouldn't even bother writing their own solver.

Ok so the derivative is apparently only on the 9X^4 and not on the whole 9X^4 + 3X^8 right ? I’m kind rusty on Algebra/Calculus so that’s why I’m asking
