Time is universal

Time is not relative. Time is universal.
4th dimension is not time, it is duration. A 4th dimensional entity is an "event", from start to finish and every point in between in unison.
A ball spinning around a point creates a toroidal doughnut. It is still a 3D ball that is simply spinning. But spinning fast enough it creates the toroidal doughnut. That doughnut you can observe and touch is a 4th dimensional event. Occurring in a space we perceive as time.
Second hand moving as it ticks in your clock is not time passing. It is the event of your clock hand moving through a repeating event.
The duration of events is relative to the participator.
Velocity of physical material through normal space accumulates energy. Abnormal concentration of energy causes bending of what we perceive as time-space, which in turn manipulates the duration of events.
Universe consists of 3 prime elements, which together form existence.
Space - its 3 dimensions, negative and positive space etc
Energy - manifests itself in matter, fine matter, atomic and non atomic and what we perceive as dark matter and dark energy.
Time - past, present and future. The event of all events. The space for events. The duration of existence, from the moment it began to the moment it will end. And reverse.
All three are universal as the state of existence is universal. They are universal constants. They are binary, together with existence, they either exist or not.
