the sand will settle to the bottom if you let it sit, and isn't really soluble. you can see the oil and water separate after letting it sit also, so skim it off the top with what ever you have that can collect fluids. after that just boil the water and your left with salt. the sand you get will be a little wet, so id suggest letting it sit in a coffee strainer or something over the water/oil mix. rocks and needles are macroscopic, just fucking pick them out or use one of the shakers you use on the beach for metal detecting/cooking with pasta.

If you need to get the salt out evaporation and condensation of the water into another chamber should work.

So let settle and pour off oil and water from settled components through a coffee filter
Then evaporate in distillation apparatus to get salt out

Only salt is water soluable, so filter the mixture and youll have oily salt water. Oil can be separated from the saltwater based on different density (they naturally form two layers), salt can be separated by destilling.
The remainder, rocks, sand and needles are easy to separate. Remove needles using magnets, and sparate sand from rocks using a siv.

Magnets taped to sticks first to fish out the needles, then pick out the rocks, the sand drops and the oil floats so just pouring carefully should work, then evaporate the water, leaving only salt in the container, using heat if in a hurry.
