Any physical therapisty ppl help a sister out?
I am doing lots of stretches to limber up but think I might be overdoing it.
When I do straddle stretch like pic related, the muscle (see arrow) around here starts to hurt on one leg but not the other.
Should I stretch the one that hurts more or do I need to strengthen the muscle instead?
