You'll never be able to get a full catch up. Even the experts need to specialize. You have QED, electroweak symmetry breaking, top physics, Higgs physics, neutrino Physics, fixed order calculations (usually Monte Carlos done at N^3LO), state of the art resummations (typically NNLL) which require factorization theorems, jet physics, hadron physics, etc. Pick an area then you can get an update there. But you won't find an all encompassing one.
Regardless, you might consider checking out recent conferences on indico (e.g. DIS, Les Houches, Boost) and reviewing the slides of the summary talks.
