Either they die from aids (they weren't getting proper aids treatment anyway), or whatever we give them fuckes them up, and we can peacefully euthanize them, or give them pain killers or whatever. Also introduce them to Jesus before they die and show them Disney movies or something, for the fun of it And give them a cheeseburger so they can have one good memory before they die. Aids prevalence in African communities is encumbering to the development of them so curing aids this way would ultimately be better for the African children and this is entirely economically feasible, because its cheep (relative to current drug/cure verification processes).
Personally I have no moral qualms with this. Dying in the name of science to possibly cure your entire family seems much more noble then just dying of aids.
In case you don't know, we potentially have the cure of Aids (and alot of shit) already, it just has not worked itself through the rigorous and expensive testing methods to verify its safe or effective.
