Yes, you have.
What's bad is the thing called ballistic stretching where you use the momentum of the movement to push your muscles past their limit. Bouncing up and down like that, especially for someone whose stretching limits are huge, is just a warmup.

Well, I've never had sex with a 400lb girl but I imagine that would be different since the shape of her body is very different from the average woman. A gymnast's body is generally the same. I stand by what I said, kinda fun but not all that different.

In general for most people, you do not want to bounce while you stretch, especially the inner groin muscles as shown in OP's webm.

For certain extreme activities and for elite performers of said activities (read: competitive gymnasts and professional ballet dancers), the movement during stretching is akin to the muscle engagement they experience while competing/performing. But that's a very small percentage of people.

TL;DR: If you're normal then don't bounce during stretching.
