Anyone who knows how to read circular genome maps here? What is their purpose? Seems like way too much information to take in at once.
For reference, I was assigned a task as a programmer to convert a genbank file into a readable graph and I fail to see how this graph is useful for anything. Pic unrelated, go google "circular genome map" if you want to know what I'm referring to
