Is doing a PhD worth it if i enjoy industry and prefer the pay i get here? It seems like it doesnt have much value outside of academia.

It depends on the PhD. Some places like renaissance technologies and deepmind pretty much only hire PhDs. But a PhD in Latvian basket weaving won't be useful in industry.

No. Its only if you want to do research. You'll probably make more money just continuing in industry. Only do it if your company wants you to do it and they support you to move into a position that requires it.
