hi all, any advice from people with penises would be great.

Any experiance with a short frenulum? mine is quite short and i have mild phimosis, i want to do streaching at home i think to loosen my foreskin and lenghten my frenulim.

foreskin can be pulled back all the way soft but then frenulum causes head to bend like image related. when fully errect with lube foreskin can go back but is prevented by frenulum.

any advice of how to best achieve loosening/lenghtening goals would be great
