How solid is the whole race and IQ arguement

I agree to a certain extent that race and IQ are linked but my question is - How big is the environmental affect. In the UK for example Nigerians and Indians do extremely well in GCSEs (the standardised tests every 15-16 year old has to do) and they outperform the native White population by quite a bit but the average IQ in Nigeria is about 70 and the average IQ in India is about 82. So is Britain just importing the people with higher IQs in these nations or is the first world environment/education increasing their IQs substantially?

Sometimes people's genes mutate and create babies with high IQ. Environment and better nutrition also matters. It's observed in the Flynn effect, everyone is getting smarter. But mostly, it's genetic. Diasporas are usually people who mutated the high IQ gene.

So the reason Nigerians and Indians do so well is because their kids are having genetic mutations?????? This seems rather implausible due to the sole fact that there's hundreds of thousands of Nigerians in the UK and about 1.4 million Indians, why would they both be receiving genetic mutations and not the Somali diaspora for example

selection bias can explain that
the people that leave india to work in the UK are not the average joes but competent and motivated people that are willing to create a new existence for themselves and their family, away from the conditions they used to face in their country of origin
this is a question of mindset, dedication and effort
people that come from these countries so far away are typically not economic refugees that want to mooch of but people who would form the elite in the countries from which they migrate

one of the negative effects of an overall shithole country is that smart, competent and motivated people will become self aware and aware of their environment
as a result they will attempt to leave, this however robs their countries of origin of potential and to some extent you could even say, maims them intellectually and culturally

not a good place when all the smart people leave and you are stuck with the rest

my statement explains this completely

yes, but thats not everything
these people import themselves and are also more motivated and dedicated to perform, which greatly benefits their academic performance
also the current PC climate makes it significantly easier for them to get a foot in the door

First gen British South Asians almost invariably drive Ubers out attack shelves in supermarkets

It's a cultural attitude to education. African or Asian parents will berate you for only getting 95% on an exam and demand to know what happened to the other 5%, white British parents will call you special and clever because you managed to plug in their new PC the bought from QVC.

Africans in africa have about 70 IQ. Africans in America have about 85 IQ. That's the extent that moving random people from the third world to the first world will raise their IQ.

Keep in mind African Americans are on average 20 - 25% Euro so that probably raises their IQ a little bit. But that little euro dna wouldn't give an IQ boost of 15. Maybe like 5-8 points at most otherwise people who are half black would have the same IQ of euros
