how do i bribe my counselor and school admins to change my grades and GPA

i was diagnosed with leukemia in 9th grade and could not focus on school, i got above average standardized test scores but my 2.9 GPA seems like it will fuck over my admissions chances

im mostly applying to non competitive unis like UVM, Colorado-Boulder, and University of Minnesota
