Similarly, being a constantly poor nigger in the US means you can't afford a lot of things. Lead paint isn't the only toxin in the entire world. And in the US in particular, healthcare is expensive due to the shitty private system you have. If you look at firstworld countries with nigs in them, nogs tend to not have as retarded IQs as slavemericans. Thinking about my country (UK) in particular, where indians and nigerians out perform whites at school on average. But that's partly due to selecting from the upper-end of the bellcurve for immigration. But still, if the average nigerian has an IQ of 70 (according to lynn) then there shouldn't be enough nigerians that can score that high on UK education.
