Most people with these type of diseases have multiple and they overlap a lot. Psychology is a lot of bullshit. Also many people with severe cases of mental illness can hide it and function quite well, you wouldn't believe.

Yeah that’s the trouble. The schizophrenics only are usually pretty docile but once you stack them up they easily become super agitated, possibly violent, drama seeking (like intentionally crashing a car into their fiancées office), and more likely to post about conspiracytard shit too.

If someone has just schizophrenia they probably wouldn’t do any of that but it’s all very routine for personality disorders combined with psychosis

Personally speaking my moods change multiple times within the day, as do my beliefs, wants, desires and attitude. But I don't think i have anything, I'm just a stressed retard stuck in one place. I think most of those things can be explained as just being in a rut. I have always been extremelly undecisive though, to the point where it creates problems for me. Depends on the condition but yeah I am familiar with what you are referring to. More common in women imo but that's only from my personal perception

Medication works but they hate it because it makes them feel like they are being constrained from fully embodying their true selves (which it is, because they really just want to destroy lives and cause havoc).

Is there really medication that allows one to feel empathy when they had none before? Well, they do have empathy I guess because those types of personality disorders are not a neurological condition, are they?

Curious cause I have a neurological condition I'm pretty sure, but can't be bothered to do a CT cause I'm not sure what the consequences would be

And yes the medication exists and works very well. It makes them into normal people who can hold a job or school or relationship.

Yes

Serial killers are pretty varied but some of them had a focused antipathy towards a “type”. Others, the famous clown killer for example, killed a lot of people in pursuit of sexual gratification. Zodiac seemed to “enjoy” toying with the media and police with his letters. I don’t know if this was just an “empathy” issue. Maybe it was. Maybe not. It would be hard to know.
