isoflavones in soi are weak estrogens, meaning if you estrogen levels are low (in males), they will act just like estrogens, whereas if your level are high (in females), they compete with regular estrogens and lower their effect

Im pretty high-T (which results in higher E because hormone balance and all that)
I always forget to eat during the day because I go full autismo with my work but I never forget to /sip/ so this might suit me well
