You gotta see a doctor. I had the same thing at about 22, it scared me thinking my heart was missing beats and such. Wore a monitor all day, pressed a button when it happened, had scans, etc. They just said there was nothing wrong and it was probably anxiety.
However your case might be different. It could be anything.
