>>12627982Depends on the topic. Freud invented psychoanalysis, which is still used by clinicians and general LCSWs. Of course the approach has been modernized, but the core is there. The efficacy of psychoanalysis is pretty good, truthfully speaking.
On the other hand Jung invented analytic psychology, which one can view as a dual future for psychology: he forced psychology into a future of empiricism, leading it to falsely don the moniker of "science" leading it into the replication crisis.
Collecting these two stories, Freud was more wrong about psychology, but Jung has done more damage to the field.
