Is he trustworthy?

He's likeable and comes across as reliable, but only in the same way a "Chad" CEO of a Silicon Valley startup comes across.
I don't like how he's making uncannily precise recommendations, parroting findings that might be debunked in just a few years.

Thoughts?

Just lots of statements about things "we now know", about chemicals in the body, light, temperature, etc.
I like that he's a studied source that forwards results from recent papers, but his propositions sound bold to me
>"you want to do X for at least Y time"
this sort of statements.

I'd think the biology of things is so complex that everything about this changes in 15 years.
That fact that he's handsome also makes me biased against him, I've known too many scammers who made money by charming you into bullshit. And he's also advertising products.

Ok so he's using the typical marketing cues which makes him sound phony.
I'm asking what has he actually proposed? What has he studied and what is he concluding from his studies? I am not familiar with him.
