Usually when a woman is pregnant, stem cells from the child migrate into the woman. These stem cells can affect the mothers immune system to not attack them.
The paper that is often misrepresented here says that there is no history of pregnancy. Which is not the same as never being pregnant.
Some people misinterpret this to say that sperm can get into the bodies of females and change their DNA and some other unsubstantiated ideas.
Because most people don't know much (and aren't equipped to investigate the topic themselves) they are susceptible to fear mongering.
Human evolution was very careful about not letting cells from the mother get into the child, since immune cells would kill the child. The reverse is not the case, since the childs immune system is not developed.
