>>12625960I just can't believe it's that intense. I'm also fairly pale and I remember I used to get sunburned pretty badly as a child, but it doesn't happen anymore. At all. Although female skin is obviously different, I think for me it was nutrient deficiencies (despite a good diet overall) and infllammation. Possibly washing with harsher soaps and more often as well, stripping oils from the skin, washing away vitamin D before it's absorbed, etc.
I don't know. Just doesn't make sense to me. There are plenty of outdoorsy people who get to be 50 or 60 before their skin looks like that.
