IRL computers exclusively feed off electricity as it's input, but the universal CPU runs off any form of energy given that it's all the same, just in it's varying transitive states and is able to give an output that isn't the limited binary concept of only two expressions. We live in a fluid CPU that only coalesces when an input is applied.
