Starting QFT today by reading this book.I have a decent understanding of concepts in group theory and differential geometry(godly at lie groups and fiber bundles),Tell me,am I making a huge mistake or am I going to be just fine?

Are you taking a course? If so I'm sure you have the background to do so.
If you're not taking a course I'm sure you'll be fine too since you can review anything you don't know. This book doesn't seem to have exercises though, what will you do for practice?

Well,I did study about qm from a book by noureddine zettili,Don't know if that's enough tho.I'm incredible at maths,so the time people might spend towards getting their mathematical prerequisites right, I might channel it towards getting my physical prerequisites right while simultaneously going over this book.
