Alight I got a science question for you medfags.

This is Hanzo of the Salamander; he hails from Amegakure no Sato which directly translates to The Village Hidden in the Rain. As a child he had the poison sack of a Giant Salamander that lived in the river near his village implanted in his body after it died. This allowed his body to produce the poison it's self and release it from his mouth is a gaseous state. It was so powerful that he could kill a man simply by breathing on them. Because of this he had to wear a reparatory mask to avoid unintentionally killing his comrades but also to protect himself. When fighting against weak opponents he'd simply just take his respirator off and breath on them but when fighting more experienced opponents he'd leave his respirator on since they could exploit his ability by slicking his poison sac causing it to leak out into the air in it's gaseous state. While his body built up an immunity to it; it was just a partial immunity and breathing enough of it in would still cause some brief neurological impairment which would be cause to create an opening for his opponent.

His where I'm confused. Even if he has his respirator mask on when his poison sack get slashed wouldn't the fact that the poison is slushing around in his abdominal cavity it's it's liquid state still cause his nervous system to shut down if not make him slip into septic shock regardless of his partial immunity?
