What do I have?

I can't everything is lock down.

Symptoms:
Frequent urge to pee. Subsequent pees have less and less pee but the first pee is a lot and its a strong continuous stream
No blood in pee or semen or poo
Tested for STI and UTI - both negative
I got a prostate exam and the doctor said it was fine. I don't remember he might have said I have a slightly larger prostate than normal though.

The doctor didn't know what was wrong with me. He said it could be stress or something else that might require sticking a camera up my dick. It took me 2 years to get an appointment but by then I kinda didn't want to go anymore.

Wtf is wrong with me?

Well this has been happening for almost 3 years now. Before this, everything was fine. never had stones.

How it happened? Uhh just one day started noticing I had to keep peeing more and more.

Major injuries. I had a hernia when I was a kid. Like 5 years old.

Not on any medicine

Age 23, race white, weight 160 lbs

Occupation student

Nope don't smoke or drink.

I always sit down and pee. Its about the same I would say. I pee standing up in the shower and yeah.

While there are stronger measures you could take, you could try pumpkin seed extract. (Available over the counter at many places that sell vitamins or supplements.). I have similar symptoms and it has helped me. Initially I had to take it a couple of times a day, but now I only need it once or twice a week. Good luck.

You've been ejaculating too much. How often do you jerk off? You've disrupted your urinary tract as a result of this. If this happens at night it's called nocturia and apparently you can use pumpkin seed oil to treat it. Whatever it is, it's definetly urinary. Your "less and less pee" thing is because your pelvic floor muscles have weakened. You can do exercises to fix this (pelvic floor exercises, sometimes called Kegel exercises). That's my first guess. Could also be diabetes, but the "less and less" thing points more towards overcooming.

Did you start taking extra vitamin pills because of covid? There a studies that corolate high sudden vitamin intakes such as vitamin D intakes with the earch to pee more often. If this is the case. Try to take normal doced variants. You could also try to take the minimum that the recipe recommends so for general multi vitamins they may advice you to take 1 to 3 a day. Then try taking only 1 a day and see how and if the effect changes.
