Statistically, women tend to date men who are a year or two older than them.
I assume you already know this, OP, but the best rules to have in place would be "enforced monogamy". So no fornication(illegal in Utah in 2018), yes to coverture(marital rape was legal in the US in 1993), and get rid of "no-fault" divorce(the divorce rate in the US has been at or near 50% for decades).
Thats the redpill for anyone in the thread who didn't already know. Politically, you would have an easier time raising the age of consent though, than you would creating "enforced monogamy". Of course, you would have to come up with some sort of justification for that proposal, because you couldn't convince the powers that be to raise the age of consent in the interest of monogamy.
