>>12607256To me it makes more sense to take it when you are younger, because these are supposed to activate 'your bodies natural defenses' and slow aging, rather than reverse it. When you are older it's possible that there is too much damage for your bodies defenses to handle. Also it's clear that if you are slowing down aging, it's better to take it when you are young so you get more 'area under the curve', so to speak.
