A government can't force a nation to become innovative. They can only ENABLE the PRIVATE SECTOR to advance a nation. Biden WILL NOT do this. Maybe he'll fund more CLIMATE research but the impact of that will be close to ZERO. MAYBE start a couple wars against muslims but that's another question.

capitalist countries will never succeed scientifically as well as socialist countries. one of the reasons we're about to get cumstered by china is the fact that they're dedicating tons more money to fields that we don't care about because they're not "industry relevant."
