The crown of creation, we sit on the throne
We are gods, have climbed every mountain, no matter how high
the masterpiece of evolution
From single-celled organism to fish, from kangaroo to clown
From water to land, from space to the couch
First we discovered the tobacco, then we invented fire
Farming and industry, now smoking is not so expensive
Created huge machines, a few battery cages
And a few years later, all mankind is stupid and satisfied.
We realize, in fact, almost everything can be done
But do nothing, because also know, everything will be ashes
Sunlight is overrated, just go out to nuy some pills
Survival of the sickest, I'm melting into the carpet
Why try something when you know you can?
And I cut down my family tree and smoke it in the blunt
Something like that...
I imagine to be the quintessence of Dialectic of Enlightenment
