The process will become accelerated as white flight escalates to mass migration to other countries. Smarter, moneyed and skilled people will collectively give the finger to trying to afford a house and a life in their own highly overpriced western countries and move to basically anywhere with a sealed road and an internet connection. Some country's governments will accept these people willingly for the bribes, expertise and investment they bring. This will of course cause tensions with the locals eventually, who will get a bit pissed of at becoming displaced. But unlike in the West where currently a relatively fair judicial system and a relatively efficient police force exists to keep order, Europeans who settle in cheaper developing countries to enjoy a cheap and better life will eventually find themselves hacked into little pieces by frenzied xenophobic mobs who will not quietly sit back and watch as some fucking assholes take over their country.
