how to get a meaning full data

I want to performance of a youtube channel using those 2 metrics, however im not sure if i should just multiply subs * watched hour our are there better ways on getting a more meaningfull data?

subs*watched hour would be a horrible metric
There are lots of channels which have a large amount of subs but the videos have little views.
Average views per video * Average time spent viewing would be a better metric

i was thinking multiplying subs * ttoal watch time / 100

i just dont know what this gives me and how can i predict the future on those numbers because they wuld just get up

the goal is i want to meassure the preformance of a channel and i think subscriber count * total watch time seems to be a good indicator:

I also could divide total watch time/ subscribers
What would be a better way to meassure the performance

the thing is i want something like subscriber count, which value increases and where its obvious that this kinda says something about a channel

the more subscribers the better the channel- now i know this is relative thatswhy i dont want to rely on subscribers alone, but the metric should give me a impression on how good the channel is currently performing but i can also tell ok the channel overall is growing

if you have now a value of 50 it shouldnt ebe bad because you can reach a 100 over time- i hope im making sense

because watchtime/subscribers doesnt give me a value where i can set a milestone for the channel

I can set a milestone with watch time or with subscribers but again subscribers alone isnt enough because you can just buy followers but watch time alone- i dont know
i kinda have a combination from both

If total watch time is small but subs are large, the ratio will be small. The channel is very large but no one is watching videos. A sign of an unhealthy channel. The channel may be past its prime or they may have bought subs.

Some people buy all their subs and then no one watches the videos. So you can't use that in isolation.
