I keep hearing this phrase a lot in the last couple years. Im a normie i, so Ive no idea what it means? can some one give me a good idea.

It started about 12000 years ago as cavemen traveled across the globe killing off all the megafauna. It was moving relatively slow then. Its rapidly speeding up as of only a few hundred years ago. Natural land is being covered in concrete and farmland. Invasive 'pet & livestock' species are being introduced. Pollution is making it harder for survival in what natural land remains. "12000 years ago" or "few hundred years ago" may sound like a long time, but its actually nearly instantaneous on geologic time scales.
