It's not undergrad level. It's right in between normal pop-sci physics books and an undergrad class on the subject. Great for what it wants to be, but it won't replace an undergrad course. The MIT OCW lectures on the other hand will if you follow them diligently

I've read it, I'd put it somewhere between popsci and undergrad. Read a real book on physics instead, landau & lifshitz vol 1 is surprisingly readable if you know some math already.
