While it is an easy & enjoyable read I wouldn't recommend it because it's completely missing important topics like group actions, semi-direct product, free abelian groups, free groups, finitely-generated abelian groups and their classification, composition and decomposition series, some of the isomorphism theorems, etc. The most important of which are group actions which I don't understand how a group theory book can be missing since if there's one thing to include that would be it.
