As said, what about building an enclosed Oracle type AI powered by fast iterating genetic algorithms to help us solve our scientific problems and to defend against other AI's that WILL be created by someone with bad intentions?
Also it would be very useful to fight communism globally and to find a way to stabilize Africa so that its population stops flooding into Europe and other places.
