I've got nothing to add other than what the website says regarding certification:
"We don't provide a certificate for course completion. Employers will be much more impressed with your amazing personal portfolio of projects, many of which you'll hopefully have built with inspiration from The Odin Project."

I don't know much on this subject, but can't you get an apprenticeship with IT? In the UK council (Government) apprenticeship like working at a school as an apprenticeship IT technician will give you national minimum wage or above per hour unlike all the other apprenticeships that give you like £2.60 an hour or some shit.

Also work at home jobs might be more prevalent now, as COVID work at home has possibly made more employers aware of how that could work and the benefits in cost cutting on rent.
It's possible office/admin work at home jobs might be up your street, processing data, putting into sheets/graphs etc.
