By the way body odor is mainly due to apocrine sweat glands which are present in axillary and inguinal areas in greatest concentration producing secretions which is metabolized by bacteria
Not the same as the thermoregulatory eccrine sweat glands which have a different evolutionary purpose as can be inferred from its description

Sweat doesn't smell, the smell comes from bacteria multiplying and breaking it down which smells unpleasant to make you wash your ass and clean your room basically.

Not evolutionary. Moisture and wetness just produce various odors in general. You can pour a glass of water on the ground, and it'll have a smell to it.
