Just review multi-state probability density functions and logic gates and boom you just need to determine states by correlation or comparison, which is the hard part and in some cases even inefficient. The books on this topic can be 150-200 pages long so it's not that big of a time investment, just read those

Yikes, calm down. I graduated in mathematics in 2012 and did my masters in CS the year after. Now I'm hearing a lot about QC in the news and I wanted to see if someone had a short intro guide that was better than wikipedia but shorter than a book.
