>>12572221i supose that depends on where you are. in america? im not american, but from the outside ive herad things that make it sound like a scam. where im from, everyone has to take exames in 5 subjects at the end of highschool. maths, literature, history, a chosen science and one freely chosen. every exame can be taken at two levels. basic and advanced. every university requires two advanced ones in relevant field. you get in based on your scores. about half of all people get to go to university, about half of those for free. the rest have tuitions around 1000 dollars per semester. at the end of it all, cause of dropouts and shit, 34% of all people have degrees. id say most of them have decent jobs.
