Choline + oxiracetam or noopept is pretty striking. It sounds like bullshit but your senses get hypercharged for 1 - 3 hours after consumption.
Colors are much more saturated, vivid, textured/3-dimensional, and distinct. Music details somehow sound more separable and rich. I was not aware of or expecting either of these effects the first time I used it, and it was definitely not placebo. Turns out to be a very common experience for those.
It seems to become less pronounced upon repeated use without breaks. Much more pronounced with the noopept nasal spray (immediately goes to the brain)
When it works, that combo also lives up to the stereotypical desired nootropic effect and actually does make you feel a little more intelligent in some aspects for a few hours. It temporarily makes you perceive and do things a bit more clearly
Almost no OD potential and the only real side effects reported are that taking too high or frequent of choline doses might give you a minor headache and make you kind of tired for a day
Amphetamine is the best in terms of raw stimulation, focus, and potentially euphoria. If you're really adventurous you can try playing with Adderall + choline + a racetam; this is the best combination I've experienced.
But obviously all drugs carry risks and these should all be thoroughly Googled for many hours before making any decisions
