Has the internet always been around and humans just recently were able to access it and interact with it? It seems like there's not multiple internets just different levels of access to it. And the invention of the computer and more recently smart phones have gave people a window to interact and see the internet in the form we see now. So has it always been around for thousands of years in one form or another but humans weren't able to see it?
