Well, you can put a coresponding sign to each voltage source and add them all together, then add together all values of resistors and you get a simple circuit with one voltage source and one resistor, that will give you the current. When you know current you can simplify the circuit as two branches(the two paths from A to B), each branch has one voltage source and one resistor, then it is quite easy.

Terrible diagram.

Since this is just one "window" in a mesh, just add all voltages and all resistances, we need to find the current.

Vm = E4 - E3 + E2 - E1. This will be a font in the counterclockwise position, giving a counter clockwise current. Then all the resistors: Rm = 10 Ohm. Divide Vm by Rm, you'll get Im. Sum Rg4 and R0, and multiply by Im. Then add with E4. That's you tension.
