This has nothing to do with evolution. Black women in the United States are probably just seen as less desirable by the majority white populace. As a result, they have less sex and thus less strain on their vagina.
The only way you could accurately prove this was evolutionarily caused is by only testing virgins. But people can and will lie about that; not to mention the overall low amount of 18+ year old virgins.

Other cases similar to that involves Eastern European families shipwrecked on east coast of US trying to buy their way to west coast. A lot of them were pretty dark. It was one of the useful ways of avoiding debt and claim everything while at it.

So with vaginas you can’t go by race. Sure there is scientific objectivity but when you go by protein and genetic analyzes and racial history. It becomes harder to pinpoint racial classification.
