How do we know Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle is true and not the result of a measurement error?

Is it possible the reason why we cannot measure both the location and momentum of a subatomic particle is because our technology cannot focus on that order of magnitude and that in the future we will be able to determine both location and momentum at the same time thus disproving quantum mechanics?
