Should I take math and learn as much math as possible, or joint math and computer science and have more employment opportunities at the cost of some math? Math is kind of my thing but there's so much demand for computational know-how these days that it's hard to choose.

If you are asking whether to major in math or double major in math and cs then do that latter. Cs will help you contextualize a lot of math that, while fun and interesting, will have little physical grounding in reality normally.

Ok, that makes sense, thank you. Do you think they'd let me take the math courses I'd miss out on during my graduate years at most universities? (For example PDEs.)

I took some grad level maths courses and it wasn't even my major. If you distinguish yourself to your professors by giving a shit in your math classes you can just ask them to slot you in. I was a bio and chem double major that just took a bunch of math classes cause they were interesting and the professors just let me take whatever I was curious about.

That's nice to know, I wish the teachers were that open minded in grade school, they wouldn't even let me do subtraction work sheet in grade 1 until I did all the addition worksheets even though I knew it perfectly. I also just found out that they mostly want students to specialize in algebra and analysis if they're gonna do pure math so missing out on PDEs wouldn't be a huge deal unless they're related to those fields in some way I'm not aware of.
