The correct way to address this problem is to reinvent the Internets so it's decentralized - there's no single search provider, they can't just take down domains like
coalfax.org that they don't like because DNS is not controlled by any big entity. On /pol there were RWDS (right-wing dev squad) threads about it. So say if you would want to remake 4chinks it would be a block-chain based distributed project that nobody can destroy or censor.
