The literature doesn't give an answer of the precise IQ values of becoming fitter/being fit but instead use proxies for intelligence like processing speed, reaction time and other various subtests.
Looking at other cognitive studies that correlate similar subtests with actual IQ values you can infer that the measured improvements in the subtests of the exercise studies actually correspond to a real intelligence improvement. There are also plenty of studies that correlate cardiovascular fitness with educational attainment which is also a proxy for intelligence.
My own amateurish assessment is that 5-10 hours of vigorous exercise (e.g long distance running, swimming, cross country skiing) per week is enough to reliably increase your IQ by 5-10 points, I've seen 2/3 of a standard deviation being mentioned somewhere as an improvement on a subtest and I've personally experienced this much of an improvement after being inactive all winter and resuming exercise
