I’m looking for the best universities in the world, want my nephew to go to the best. He loves science and wants the best education; is leaning towards computer science

Is Moscow/Tshingua/Uni of Tokyo truly the best 3 in the world beside MIT/Carnegie for CS/Computer engineering? Price is a factor here and USA seems too expensive, unless he gets a scholarship there. And I read those 1st 3 outranked the American unis.

I’m not sure if he’s going to lean towards robotics, finance, chem, nuclear, mechanical, etc since the job prospects sound scarce but either way I welcome any suggestions of unis in those fields
