If you had to start your own academy what would it look like?

Who would matriculate?
What subjects would be taught?
What would the tuition be?
Which ages would be instructed?
Who would be a teacher?

My would be for K-12. All students would study math, computer science, physics and biology in the morning. After lunch they would study music, drama, visual arts, and athletics. All student would have to take every class until they are upperclassmen. When they're upperclassmen they can focus on 1 science class and 1 art class. It's expected that all the students matriculate into an elite US university after graduation.

Tuition would be enough to provide scholarships for the poorest 20% of students. The school would be located in the countryside and would be a boarding school. Students are expect to attend religious service once per weekend, otherwise they're free to muck about the local village when class is not in session.

The school's performance will be optimized to produce nobel prize, fields medal, turing award, grammy, emmy, oscar winners (and whatever the fuck painters get)

Student are expected to maintain peak physical fitness even in the case of disability
