-bad news caused them 3 days of intense pain/headache and little sleep

-after that, the headaches seemed to be less intense had headaches that seemed to be worse in the morning and resolved during the day.
Before the bad news stressful event the ANON has almost never had a headache in thier life.
-the headaches seemed to be worse laying down
-1 episode of extreme migraine with some visual disturbances
-currently has pain in v1,v2, distributions on the head However also has to know herpes zoster so that pain could be this. (could also be compression of CNX V)
- Anon noticed a few missteps on rign foot sometimes
- had some pericarditis earlier this year post flu shot (extreme chest pain) non-specific st changes, checked out with exercise tolerance no residual issue or coronary issues
-slightly high cholesterol
-has bilateral hot palms for a long time (tinnels test negative)
BP normal. RR normal, T normal
No long term medications
